-Direct all hiring and training procedures for employees

-Manage progress reviews , assessments, or grievances

-Making & maintaining the payroll of the company

-Consult & train managers

-Develop and schedule to assess training needs

-Track and compile collected data

-Conceptualize training materials based on data and research

-Develop & Brainstorm training needs & resources

-Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking

-Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees

-Prepare learning materials for programs

-Develop onboarding programs for new employees

-Conduct internal surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs

-Research new training methods
